• 50% Marksman for IMT
• 100% Passes for Orienteering
• 100% Passes for Part B Proficiency
• 100% Passes for Total Defence (Silver)
• retain 85% of part Bs
• Perfection of personal drills by August
• To have the ability to take up leadership positions by August

• 75% 2SG to pass out from Specialist course
• 3 best cadets from specialist course
• 2 best cadets from senior specialst course
