1-YEAR GOALS

• To obtain a Silver or Gold Award for the Best Unit Competition
• 90% pass in NAPFA Test and 65% to obtain NAPFA Silver and above
• 90% of the cadets to obtain an overall pass for EOY Examinations
• 85% of the graduated cadets to obtain a Grade A for CCA
• 70% of the cadets sent for Specialists' Course to obtain a rank of 2SG
• 20% of the cadets to obtain NYAA Bronze
• 10% of the cadets to obtain NYAA Silver
• Attrition rate of 7 or less cadets per year
• To emerge top 5 for at least 3 of the participated competitions
• Overall 85% attendance for each Part
• Orientation to attract 27 Recruits
• Each cadet to achieve at least 12 hours of CIP

5-YEAR GOALS

• Achieve the Gold Unit Award
• 100% pass in NAPFA Test and 75% to obtain NAPFA Silver and above
• 100% of the cadets sent for Courses to pass the Course tests
• 90% of the graduated cadets to obtain a grade A for CCA
• 80% of the cadets sent for Specialists' Course to obtain a rank of 2SG
• 50% of the cadets to obtain NYAA Bronze
• 15% of the cadets to obtain NYAA Silver
• Attrition rate of 5 or less cadets per year
• Emerge top 3 for at least 3 of the participated competitions
• Each cadet to achieve at least 20 hours of CIP
• 20% of the graduated cadets to obtain at least 4 Distinctions for 'O' Levels
